Phase 1 starts from RM4.08 million. The price depends on the lot's size and position.
Does each unit get its own title?
Yes. Each unit gets an individual title. The tenure is leasehold to December 2117.
When will it be completed?
The target is 36 months from SPA signing.
How much is the booking fee?
RM10,000. It is refundable only under certain conditions. Please check the terms and conditions carefully before booking.
Can a container truck get to the unit?
Yes, up to 20 ft. A 20-ft container can reverse to the side roller shutter, and can enter the factory once the front wall is removed. 40-ft trailers can use the internal roads but cannot reverse into the loading area.
Can I add a mezzanine?
Yes, for light office use. The existing structure needs no extra strengthening. You only need a structural design for the mezzanine floor itself.
Can I get more power?
Semi-D units come with a 100A, 3-phase supply. An upgrade is subject to SESB approval, and the owner applies for it.
Can I combine two Semi-D units?
Subject to approval from the authorities.
Is there fibre internet?
Underground pipe sleeves for fibre are laid up to each building. You can subscribe with a provider such as TM.
Are there maintenance charges?
No maintenance charge or sinking fund.
